Cancellations and non-attendance
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. This provides the practice with an opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients from our waiting list.
If you cancel or do not attend a scheduled physiotherapy appointment without providing 24 hours notice, a full fee will be charged.
After more than one failure to attend or late cancellation, we may charge you the full cost of the treatment and you will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments. At any stage, if you fail to attend appointments, all future appointments will be cancelled and you will be required to reschedule.
Changing an appointment
You can reschedule through the online booking system, or by calling 0416 624 377 or emailing admin@kwongphysiotherapy.com.au.
Concerns about your care
If something about your treatment concerns you, please raise it with your physiotherapist first. You can also contact the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, which registers and regulates physiotherapists in Australia, on 1300 419 495 or at ahpra.gov.au.
