Neck pain

Education, manual therapy and exercise for neck pain and the symptoms that travel with it.

Neck symptoms can include stiffness, shoulder or arm pain, headache, facial or jaw pain and dizziness.

These can relate to disc degeneration, narrowing of the spinal canal, arthritis, muscle inflammation or nerve impingement. Evidence increasingly points to mental health, stress, sleep quality and sitting posture as contributing factors.

Treatment combines education, lifestyle modification, manual therapy — soft tissue massage and joint mobilisation — and exercise programs.

This page is general information about a condition and the treatment we offer. It is not individual clinical advice, and it is not a prediction of your result. What is right for you depends on your own assessment.
